An introductory class provides a first gimpse at energy awareness and what it can do for your well being. There are two introductory workshops this Spring to choose from.

Exploring Meditation and Self Care (class 1)

“Exploring Meditation and Self Care” teaches 24 unique spiritual tools. These tools explore loving yourself as you truly are. We will use fun experiential exercises as well as meditation to reach our goal of living with simplicity, ease and love. You will explore your emotions and learn how simplicity honors your life and reduces your stress.
